Seeking UXO Quality Control Supervisor candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (UXO Quality Control Supervisor) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - UXO Quality Control Supervisor | Environmental Management [USACE037042]
Responsibilities and Duties:
-- Ensure that all UXO operations comply with quality standards and project specifications.
-- Conduct regular inspections and audits of UXO activities to verify adherence to safety and operational protocols.
-- Review and approve UXO documentation, including inspection reports, disposal records, and safety logs.
-- Identify areas for improvement in UXO processes and recommend corrective actions.
-- Work closely with the Senior UXO Supervisor and UXO Safety Officer to ensure integrated quality control and safety measures. Ensure quality control in UXO operations; conduct inspections; maintain documentation. Unexploded Ordnance
(UXO) Qualified Personnel: The Senior Unexploded Ordnance Supervisor (SUXOS), Unexploded Ordnance Safety Officer (UXOSO), and Unexploded Ordnance Quality Control Supervisor (UXOQC) (Resumes may be required at the task order level) shall be employees of ProSidian Consulting (The Prime Contractor) or submit a Letter of Commitment signed by the UXO employee at the time of Task Order RFP. (Resumes required at the task order level).
The designee shall be qualified IAW DDESB TP 18.
-- Unexploded Ordnance Technician (UXO): A UXO Technician is responsible for the detection, identification, risk assessment, and safe disposal of unexploded ordnance and explosive remnants of war.
-- Senior Unexploded Ordnance Supervisor (SUXOS): The Senior Unexploded Ordnance Supervisor oversees all UXO operations on a project site, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and managing the UXO team.
-- Unexploded Ordnance Safety Officer (UXOSO): The Unexploded Ordnance Safety Officer is responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring that all UXO operations are performed safely and in accordance with regulations.
-- Unexploded Ordnance Quality Control Supervisor (UXOQC): The Unexploded Ordnance Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and verifying the quality of UXO operations, ensuring that all activities meet the required safety and operational standards.

Permits/Licenses: Team ProSidian shall obtain permits and licenses necessary to conduct the work required by this contract, including, but not limited to, environmental permits, building permits, discharge permits, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or state licenses for radiation activities, and Department of Transportation (DOT) permits for transport of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) on public highways. Team ProSidian shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including Technical Bulletin TB 700-2, “Department Of Defense Ammunition And Explosives Hazard Classification Procedures,” when transporting MEC. Rights of entry on and off Government property may be required.
